Response times
We aim to reply to general messages within three business days. Privacy requests are answered within the statutory deadline — 30 days under the GDPR, 45 days under the CCPA — and we may need to verify your identity before acting.

If you represent a manufacturer and believe we have described your product inaccurately, write to the general address with the correction and a citation to your own published material. We have no commercial relationship with any manufacturer we cover, and we correct errors on the evidence alone.
